The Level 3 Fitness Certification is a two day hands on learning experience. It is now time to put into practice all the personal training skills that were taught in Level 1 and Level 2 Fitness. DAY 1
8:15 AM Registration:
The seminar will begin promptly so please allow enough time to register and find seating.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Session 1:
In the Day 1 opening session, students will gain a much deeper understanding of the Body-Swing Connection™ by observing how we evaluate players at TPI from start to finish including player history, 3D biomechanical analysis, 2D video analysis, fitness evaluation and the Level 1 screen.

Following player evaluation, students will learn how to prescribe a complete conditioning program along with a comprehensive workout demonstration.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch:
Lunch will be provided.
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Session 2:
In the second session, students will finish the player evaluation and program design as well as learn how we test for Power, Strength and Cardio. The day will finish with a comprehensive review of program design.
DAY 2
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Session 1:
In the day 2 morning session, students will learn how to master mobility progressions and the 4x4 Foundation Matrix (Stability).
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch:
Lunch will be provided.
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Session 2:
In the afternoon session, students will learn how to master the 3X3 Strength Matrix including the Push, Pull, Chop, Lift, Deadlift and Squat strength patterns.

We will then move to the 4X4 Power Matrix teaching the Push, Pull, Chop, Lift, Deadlift, Squat, Clean, Snatch and Jerk power patterns. The day will finish with a discussion on the business and marketing of being TPI Level 3 Certified.
