Matt is a physical therapist and athletic trainer who works with Body One Physical Therapy, a private practice physical therapy clinic in Indianapolis specializing in orthopedics, sports performance, injury prevention, and movement screening.
Matt's education includes a degree in Athletic Training in 2011 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 both from the University of Indianapolis. He completed a 1-year Orthopedic Residency in Physical Therapy with the University of Wisconsin in 2015 and became board certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2016. He currently serves as the program director for the Body One and University of Indianapolis Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program.
Matt has experience working with many athletes at the high school, college, and professional level. He has developed the Body One Physical Therapy Golf Performance program which utilizes movement screens and video analysis to help golfers improve their game and quality of life. Matt has advanced training in the Functional Movement Screen and Selective Functional Movement Screen which is used in many golf-specific training and rehabilitation programs.
Matt enjoys working with golfers of any age to enhance their game, rehabilitate injury, and prevent future injury. He is trained in a variety of treatment areas including dry needling.
