Episode 6

Balance

Many golfers struggle to maintain balance throughout their golf swing, which can rob them of power and consistency. In this episode of the Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist, Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips will demonstrate through drills and exercises how the best players in the game focus on balance to help them swing harder with better results.

Greg will explain how the golf swing utilizes single leg balance and weight shifts in most players. After demonstrating how to test your balance, Dave and Greg will walk through an exercise routine specifically geared towards improving your balance.
