Episode 7
Ladies
Suzy Whaley, who made headlines in 2003 as the first woman to qualify and participate in a PGA Tour event in 58 years, joins co-hosts Dave Phillips and Dr. Greg Rose on this episode of Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist. Dave, Greg and Suzy will talk about swing faults that are common to women and exercise that can be incorporated into a workout routine to cure them.
Two of the most common swing faults in lady golfers are lack of upper body strength and too much flexibility in the lower body which leads to poor posture in the golf swing. Greg and Dave take Suzy through a series of Cardio, Upper Body and Core exercises that help combat these swing faults.
