Episode 8
Loss of Posture
A successful golf swing begins with good posture. On this episode of Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist, co-hosts Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips demonstrate how maintaining proper body angles throughout the golf swing can help you strike the golf ball more effectively.
Several physical limitations lead to bad posture in the golf swing and Greg and Dave will discuss and demonstrate three of the most common – shoulder flexibility, upper and lower body separation and spine posture. They will also take viewers through a series of exercises to help overcome these limitations and develop better posture in the golf swing. Throughout the episode Greg and Dave will also offer a series of quick Performance Tips.
