    On this episode of “Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist,” co-hosts Dave Phillips and Dr. Greg Rose will offer training tips for junior athletes, specifically those interested in golf.

     

    After discussing swing faults common in junior golfers, Dave and Greg are joined by Dave Donatucci, Director, International Performance Institute, and one of his students, George Gandranata. While concentrating on golf, they go through a series of exercises and stretches beneficial for all young athletes, beginning with Motor Skill Development, Core and Balance, and finishing with Power Development for the more advanced athletes.

     

    Throughout the episode, Dave Donatucci offers several additional “Performance Tips” for juniors, including exercises to help with balance and stability.
