Golf Pilates

On this episode of “Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist,” co-hosts Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips are joined by golf pilates instructor Mike Wright to show viewers how to incorporate pilates into their fitness routine to enhance their golf game.

After explaining what pilates is and how it relates to golf, Mike takes Greg and Dave through a comprehensive pilates program for all abilities that includes work on the floor, standing, and using a Reformer machine. In addition to general pilates exercises, Mike also demonstrates a number of exercises specifically designed to help your golf game.

The show also features several quick “Performance Tips” offering additional stretches and exercises you can do at home and in the gym.
