Seniors

On this episode of “Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist,” co-hosts Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips are joined by Dr. Peter Mackay to address and correct all the issues that can affect your golf swing as you get older.

Dr. Mackay goes through a total body workout, targeting key problem areas for seniors in the Lower Body, Hips, and Upper Body. Often working from the golf posture, he focuses on increasing mobility and preventing injury that will benefit golfers on and off the course.

The show also features several quick “Performance Tips” offering additional stretches and exercises to ensure you play pain-free golf as you get older.
