On this episode of “Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist,” Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips address five daily activities that can have a negative impact on your golf game.

Greg and Dave are joined by Australian golf fitness experts Denis McDade and Ramsay McMaster who outline the five daily sins, the negative effects each has on your muscles, swing faults that develop as a result, and corrective exercises to combat the five sins and keep you and your game in great shape
