Shoes

On this episode of Golf Fitness Academy, Greg and Dave discuss on of the most overlooked aspects of performance in the gym and on the golf course – shoes. Joined by athletic and golf shoes experts, they will give you all the information you need to find the shoes to optimize your performance in the gym and on the course.

During the first half of the show, Greg and Dave are joined by Shane Downey from New Balance who shows viewers how to determine what type of feet they have, how to properly measure your feet and several types of shoes on the market for different types of feet.

They also welcome Doug Robinson from FootJoy to talk specifically about golf shoes. He shows some of the new models from FootJoy and discusses which are best for specific needs, such as people with a high arch.
