GOLF CHANNEL - SQUAT WITH BALL

Purpose: To warm up the lower body prior to a lower body workout and to rehearse the proper technique.

 

 

1), 2) Using an exercise ball or hold your arms out in front of you. Slowly squat down until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Do three sets of 12 to 18 repetitions; focus on the quality of the movement.
