By purchasing product from the Titleist Performance Institute Store, you agree with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise, in "like new" condition, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please note that CD's and DVD's are not returnable once the original retail packaging has been opened. Return shipping freight charges are your responsibility; please use a carrier that offers tracking capability, such as UPS.

To return merchandise:

1) Request a Return Authorization (RA) number from TitleistPerformanceInstitute.com via email (tpistore@titleistperformanceinstitute.com) or the toll-free customer service number 866-384-6874

2) Return product and label the RA number on outside of box and on original packing list

3) Apply proper postage and mail (no COD's will be accepted) to the following address:

4) Please use a carrier that offers "tracking" capabilities, such as UPS, Airborne, or Federal Express.

5) Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

6) Original shipping and handling is non-refundable; tax will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.

Shipping and Handling
Orders sent to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States, will be shipped via Federal Express and delivery time is based on the shipping method you select. TitleistPerformanceInstitute.com requires a street address for all shipments; FedEx will not ship to a Post Office Box. Items may ship separately.

Address Verification System (AVS):
Titleist Performance Institute takes online security very seriously and therefore adheres to strict address verification rules in order protect its consumers. The Address Verification System (AVS) is a system used to verify the identity of the person claiming to own the credit card (click here for a more detailed explanation). PLEASE NOTE: International cardholders are more likely to receive AVS errors as their banks are still slowly working to adopt this standard. If you continue to receive such errors, please check with your credit card company to see if they support AVS.

For International Shipping:
UPS Worldwide Expedited provides door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to more than 52 destination countries. Any (local) duties and taxes are your responsibility and are not covered by the shipping and handling fee.

Most shipments to Canada and Mexico are delivered within three business days.

Most shipments to major destinations in Europe and Asia are delivered within four or five business days.

Your shipping charges will be a calculation of the weight of the products you order and the destination in which they are being sent.

We will guarantee same day shipping, regardless of order size or total (pending inventory availability), if the order is received before 12:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday.
All orders received after 12:00 pm EST will ship the next business day.
