How to place TPI Certified Orders
To obtain pricing information and place your TPI Certified Order please call 866.384.6874 or email tpistore@titleistperformanceinstitute.com. Upon calling, please be prepared to provide your certification details to obtain your discount. Our customer service associates are on hand to assist you.
Titleist Performance Institute Store products are shipped via FedEx in the United States and UPS for all International orders.
Shipping and Handling Methods and Costs Depending on the item(s) you purchase from the MyTPI.com Store and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping and handling costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping and handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping and handling cost for your order during Checkout.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Shipping and handling costs shown on your order do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside the US. You may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or fees assessed once your shipment reaches your country. These costs are your responsibility, are not within the control of Acushnet Company and may vary. When you order goods to be shipped into your country, you are the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations of your country in connection with these shipments. You should note that the value of your order must be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes and that customs may elect to open your package and inspect these goods. Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions.
For International Shipping: UPS Worldwide Expedited provides door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to more than 52 destination countries. Any (local) duties and taxes are your responsibility and are not covered by the shipping and handling fee.
Most shipments to Canada and Mexico are delivered within three business days.
Most shipments to major destinations in Europe and Asia are delivered within four or five business days.
Your shipping and handling charges will be a calculation of the weight of the products you order and the destination in which they are being sent.
Holiday Shipping Guidelines
Orders placed by 11:30am PST on the day indicated are to arrive on or before December 24th*:
Ground - December 15th
2nd Day Air - December 18th
Next Day Air - December 21st
*For orders shipped within the U.S. only.

We will guarantee same day shipping, regardless of order size or total (pending inventory availability), if order is received before 12:00 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday. All orders received after 12:00 pm EST will ship the next business day.
