I have been a trainer for over 10 years; Golf Fitness is my specialty. I use a combination of nutrition, mobility, strength, and power to help my clients hit the ball with power, precision and accuracy.
I have a bachelors in Exercise physiology; I am also an ACSM physiologist with an emphasis on special populations. I am comfortable working with clients of all ages, as well as those with well controlled diseases.
Along with the exercise qualifications, I am a certified nutritionist through Precision Nutrition. I believe in using habit-based protocols to optimize clients nutrition to achieve peak performance, as well as an ideal body weight.
Part of what makes my golf training unique is my background as a USAW Level 1 Olympic lifting coach. Implementation of safe olympic lifting has led to great results with client swing power.
I train at Equinox in Bloomfield Hills, but also do in-home sessions outside of the Bloomfield Hills area.
