It is hard to find a PGA tour professional that does not spend time working on their bodies in the Gym, in order too maintain their existence as PGA tour members. The PGA tour has changed and the new breed of tour player is fitter, stronger and more powerful than ever. Their is one thing that all PGA tour players seem to have in common, they all believe that playing multiple sports when they were young helped them to become PGA tour stars.
In a world of specialization it is essential that as kids we play multiple sports as this helps develop a well-rounded athlete and powerful athlete. It is essential that our kids don't play a single sport until they are in their teens; research shows that the best actually developed their skills by playing multiple sports.
