Golf is an explosive sport and requires the golfer to coordinate the golf swing from their feet to their hands. Golfers need to be mobile, have stability, strength, and power.
Using the TPI methodology, I can work with you to identify your golf fitness strengths and weakness. Your workout plan will be designed for you to meet your golf fitness goals.
I work with women to chart their hormone cycle, so they are never in danger of hurting themselves because they are stressing their body at the wrong time of the month.
