Karyn Keating

Karyn Keating, PT, DPT, TPI Certified, Polestar Pilates Rehab Certified, earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at New York University and received both the Elizabeth C. Addoms Award for Academic and Clinical Excellence and the Samuel Ashborn Service and Leadership Award.

Karyn started her academic career at Gettysburg College where she received her B.A. in Health and Exercise Science. Karyn then built her own business as a personal trainer in NYC with credentials from the NSCA as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). During this time she worked with many athletes including marathon runners, triathletes, skiers, soccer players and golfers.

Karyn is now specializing in orthopedics and continues to bring the latest and most effective rehabilitation programs to her patients through evidence-based practice and continuing education, including courses taught through the Institute of Physical Art and the Osteopathic Medicine Program of Michigan State University. Karyn is also TPI Certified through the Titleist Performance Institute.

Karyn has joined the Lukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training marathon and triathlon teams, completed her first Ragnar Relay and enjoys golf, skiing, Pilates, yoga and running.
