Body-Swing Connection: Adam Scott

Professional golfers are absurdly skilled. They routinely execute shots that most golfers can barely fathom. That said, it's important to recognize that their movement skills are also a skill.  Adam Scott has a model swing.  He maintains posture in his swing not just because of elite technique, but because of elite mobility.  It's great to want to model your swing after him, just know that you'll need his flexibility too.

When we introduce the Body-Swing Connection at our Level 1 seminars, we emphasize that there isn't one right way to swing a golf club, but there is a most efficient swing for each golfer that is based on their physical capabilities.  If you don't have the requisite stability, strength or mobility, you can either choose to modify your swing or to improve your physical tools.
