Master's in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2003 after earning a BS in Exercise Science from JMU in 1999. Certified as strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), TPI cert in 2011 and FMS certified in 2013. SMT (spinal manipulative therapist) certified since 2017, and earned a diploma in Osteopractic physical therapy focusing on spinal mechanics and functional optimization including adjustments, dry needling and iastm. OCS (orthopedic clinical specialist) certification through APTA. Has treated many clients and patients from college golfers and American ninja warrior winners to golfers just hoping to hit it far enough not to hear it land.
