Gloria Barber brings an extensive and broad 40 years of experience enhancing the physical performance and time-phased wellness of individuals. Using a variety of fitness screens Gloria can assess your golf swing and design a program to increase your range of motion and power with any limitations or past injuries you might have.
Certified under the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 1988 and present Gloria is committed to enriching the quality of your life.

Having the best information available and Gloria’s practical experience, expertise and understanding of the functions and structures of the human body, individuals often surpass their goals into a heightened level of wellness and enjoyment.
Understanding the retirement age has led her to focus her studies more on rehab and kinetic movement to improve golf fitness.
