Michael Gainey

Michael is a PGA Associate teaching professional with almost 20 years spent working in the golf industry. In that time he has conducted many golf lessons with students coming from a wide variety of backgrounds and experience levels. Over the last 7 years, Michael has gained experience in the fitness industry as a NASM certified fitness instructor with additional certifications in both golf and junior fitness.
"Fitness has made a huge impact in the golf industry over the last 5-10 years. It has positively influenced me in how I teach the game to my students. I now pay closer attention to an individual's movement patterns during the golf swing and from there create a plan that with help improve their overall mobility, flexibility, balance and strength." Michael has always been a leader in the Ramona community when it comes to junior golf. Having been the lead instructor of many successful junior programs, Michael currently serves as the head coach for the Ramona High School boys & girls golf teams.
