Kramer Jakubek DPT CSCS TPI

My name is Kramer and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning Specialist with years of experience in sports/orthopedics practicing out of PT360 in the Burlington, Vermont area.

My passion for playing golf has carried over to my career, as I greatly enjoy working with golfers of all levels of experience. I became a Level 2 Golf Medical Professional through the Titleist Performance Institute to better serve my golf clients and get them back to playing the game they love.

I am also certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and hold additional specializations in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Functional Movement Screen to utilize a full body approach in treating my patients and clients so that they can achieve their full potential and help reduce the risk of future injury.
