Thomas Carlton, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Carlton is Thomasville's only Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist. He has earned both his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida and an Orthopedic and Practice Management Residency from Louisiana State University's Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. Utilizing a combination of manual therapy and functional exercise dosing, Dr. Carlton adapts the Plan of Care to effectively manage all patients, from young athletes to the active aging populations.

Dr. Carlton returned in 2015 to his hometown of Thomasville, GA to open up Big Oak PT. The clinic focuses on one-on-one treatments that are administered directly by Doctors of Physical Therapy, never PTAs.
