For over 30 years, I’ve helped athletes transform their bodies.
For the last 20 years in the same private studio, I’ve trained thousands of golfers across Carrollton, Plano, Castle Hills, and Dallas. My work has been featured on ABC’s Good Morning Texas, in Avid Golfer, Texas Golfer, and as a presenter for the PGA of America and North Texas Golf Expo. My 30-minute “5-20-5 Golf Fitness System” helps men and women 40+ improve mobility, strength, balance, and swing mechanics—without putting their body at risk.
I specialize in working with driven, high-achieving golfers—men 50–70 who want to stay competitive, hit it farther, and feel years younger on and off the course. They may have the resources to play golf… but they’re starting to feel their body break down. My mission is simple:
