Amber Tobin
Tobin graduated from UMASS Amherst with a degree in Kinesiology and minor in Education.
As a student-athlete, her love for rotational sports matched her studies. She was a captain of the Division 1 Women’s lacrosse team playing all four years at UMass. Tobin continued to obtain her CSCS and started full-time as a performance coach in Western Mass upon graduating. During the years of working and continuing education, she dove into Myofascial Compression techniques courses, kinesiology taping, TRX suspension courses, yoga, and strength training for minors and elders. Time as a strength coach at CPC led her to work with nearby collegiate teams, coach a high school team, and create multiple golf programs for members. She now resides in Las Vegas working for Project Wellbeing as a Sports Performance Coach. Experience with working with profession athletes, athletes of all ages, and teaching has brought many rewards and continues to drive her passion. Together she is more than ready to work with you in finding the right formula for YOUR body and goals.
