Corey received his Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science at Georgia Southern University in 2016. Following the completion of his undergraduate degree, Corey completed his Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Lanier Technical College in 2018. Corey is now enrolled at Georgia Southern University looking to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy with an expected graduation of 2023.
Corey currently works exclusively treating patients for Club PT as well as managing and producing content for Club PT Fitness. He has obtained his Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant (OPTA) certification through Nxt Gen Institute of Physical Therapy and is applying for an Advanced Proficiency Pathway in Orthopedics through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as he has met all the required prerequisites.
Corey is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified. His clinical interests include strength and conditioning, sport and athletic injuries, post-operative recovery, manual therapy, functional mobility screening, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention/wellness.
Corey is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia (PTAG). He is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Corey lives in Savannah, Ga. In his spare time, Corey enjoys playing golf, coaching baseball, working out, and watching the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta United, and the Georgia Bulldogs.
