I deepen and completed my knowledge towards a more therapeutic practice taking an Ayurveda specialization at the College of Ayurveda in Kannur, India.
Passionate by the game of golf, a golfer myself, the body - mind connection is very important to me.
In 2014 I continued my education with an advanced Yoga for Golfers training in Scottsdale, Arizona, alongside the famous Katherine Roberts.
Since then, I accompany golfers from all levels in their physical and mental preparation with my personalized golf fitness and mental performance programs.
Every player is unique, my job is to help you play better golf, stronger, injury free by creating a personalized program based on your TPI physical screening and SFMA evaluation.
