Jordan Tingle

I started playing golf when I was about 5 years old. My swing and abilities have evolved a lot over the years. But my love for fitness and the game of golf have only grown. I have always loved sports and my decision for college was swayed by being able to turn my passion into my profession. With that I went to the University of Memphis for Exercise Science. From there I went to different gyms and coached and programmed from group classes to personal training. I love a challenge and helping people improve. I also enjoy continuing to educate myself with various certifications to be well rounded. I have my CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist), Precision Nutrition Level 1 and TPI-L1. I have also been USAW-L1, CF-L1, and Iron Tribe 101 certified. Going through all these various fields of exercise has molded me with extensive knowledge for all individuals. I can modify movements and will program workouts to your abilities to improve your golf game. It is crucial to test and re-test to see if what we are doing is truely working. That is something you will get under my programming and watch, to see how we need to adjust in the future and stay as healthy as possible. Ultimately, I want my program to help you not only hit bombs off the tee, but feel great the day after as well. It is about longevity and feeling good at the end of the day.
