Eric J. Mac Donald, PGA, is a TPI-certified coach with advanced expertise in golf fitness, power development, junior training, and biomechanics. As the Lead Assistant Golf Professional at The Old Course at Broken Sound in Boca Raton, Florida, Eric brings over a decade of coaching experience and a passion for performance-driven instruction.

Eric holds multiple TPI certifications, including Golf Level 2, Power Level 2, and Junior Level 2, and integrates this knowledge with advanced credentials in technology and performance systems such as Trackman, FlightScope, SAM PuttLab (Level 3), SuperSpeed (Level 3), and The Stack System. His teaching philosophy blends data-driven analysis, customized physical training, and on-course application to help players of all levels reach their full potential.

Eric is a PGA Specialized Professional in Teaching and Coaching, Executive Management, and Golf Operations, and was named the 2023 Southeast Chapter Assistant Golf Professional of the Year. He also holds an MBA in Marketing from Boston University and uses this background to promote a modern, engaging approach to player development.
