Adrian Van der Walt brings 28 years of experience in personal training, golf performance, corrective exercise, and nutrition coaching. His mission is to help golfers and active adults move better, build strength, improve performance, and feel stronger both on and off the course.
As a TPI Level 3 Fitness Professional, Adrian specializes in helping golfers improve mobility, stability, strength, rotational power, and movement efficiency — key components for a more consistent, powerful, and resilient golf swing. His programs are designed to identify physical limitations that may be affecting swing mechanics, distance, posture, or overall performance.
Adrian combines TPI screening principles, evidence-based strength training, corrective exercise, mobility work, and nutrition coaching to create personalized programs for each client.
