My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and continued through a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. As a former multi-sport collegiate athlete and Academic All-American, I understand the dedication required for athletic excellence. My 15 years of experience has been highlighted by my work with elite athletes as a Performance PT for EXOS during the 2015 and 2016 NFL Combine season and holding an EXOS Performance Specialist certification. As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 and Level 2 Power Certified professional, I am expertly trained to assess the body-swing connection and implementing strategies to maximize your power and efficiency. Furthermore, I am trained in the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) methodology to address foundational movement patterns. My passion for golf extends beyond performance training to include expertise in golf club fitting, building, and repair, ensuring your equipment complements your body's mechanics.
