Callum Carter Coaching, where I help golfers move better, feel stronger, and play pain free through a body first approach to performance.
I don’t believe in one perfect golf swing. Instead, I start by understanding how you move. Through comprehensive physical screening and assessment, I identify the specific mobility, stability, and strength factors influencing your swing and overall performance. From there, training is built around your body not forced around a model swing.
I work primarily with golfers who:
Want to improve performance without breaking their body
Are dealing with recurring pain or injury
Feel limited by mobility, stability, or strength
Want their gym work to actually transfer to the golf course
With 8+ years as a personal trainer and a strong background in strength & conditioning and movement coaching, my role is to bridge the gap between the gym and the golf swing. My coaching focuses on building resilient, well balanced athletes who can rotate efficiently, generate power safely, and maintain consistency over time.
Whether you’re a recreational golfer or a competitive player, my goal is simple: help you use your body more effectively so your swing can work naturally.
