Casey Epstein

Dr. Casey Epstein is a Performance Physical Therapist with focus on Golf Rehab and Performance.

Casey earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami in 2014, with a major in Exercise Physiology and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Medical University of South Carolina in 2019.

Whether he’s working with a golfer, professional hockey player, high school athlete, or a just a weekend warrior, he believes that regularly exercising the body and mind results in a more fulfilling daily existence and that movement is the key to a longer, happier life. Mindful of the time and effort it takes for a patient to regularly receive physical therapy, he strives to make every visit worthwhile and challenging, but equally enjoyable.

Although Casey played four years of college hockey, golf has been his sport of choice from an early age. In his many years caddying at a local country club, he watched golfers of all ages struggle with physical limitations that either hindered their ability to improve, or in many cases, sidelined them altogether, eliminating both the physical and social benefits they’d previously enjoyed.

In the course of his education and training, Casey completed a clinical practicum at the Andrews Institute at Baptist Park-Nine Mile, where he worked under the supervision of renowned Orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews.

Although a piece of his heart will always remain in Charleston, Casey now resides In New York City. When he’s not working, you can find him on a golf course, at a hockey rink or a country music concert and in the summers, with his toes in the sand….
