Casey Tiesman is the Owner and Performance Director of Tactic Sports Performance in Lake Zurich, Illinois, where he leads a comprehensive golf fitness program designed to enhance athletic performance and longevity on the course. With a strong educational foundation, Casey holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of North Dakota, respectively.

At Tactic Sports Performance, Casey's golf fitness program emphasizes mobility, flexibility, and strength training tailored to each athlete's needs.
