Meghan Helwig

Dr. Meghan Helwig is a sought out Doctor of Physical Therapy in Southern California.

Along with being an athlete herself, the daughter of a golf pro and ex-competitive golfer. Dr. Helwig has numerous “tools in her toolbox” and has combined these tools and techniques such as ART, SFMA, NKT, DNS, TPI, Rocktape IASTM/Blades, Kinesiology taping and cupping to create her own unique system. She utilizes these tools and techniques to assess and treat her patients as a whole while uncovering the underlying “WHY” behind her patients symptoms. Dr. Helwig also utilizes Near Infrared & Red light and PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapies to address healing at the cellular level prime the body for optimal healing and performance.

In addition to treating clients, Dr. Helwig travels throughout the country teaching other practitioners Movement Courses, Functional Movement Taping Basic/Performance concepts, Blades - Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization techniques, Cupping and Flossing Seminars for Rocktape.
