In 2005 I certified as a yoga teacher at YogaWorks, New York, under Alan Finger education.
I deepen and completed my knowledge towards a more therapeutic practice taking an Ayurveda specialization at the College of Ayurveda in Kannur, India.
The body - mind and golf connection being very important for me, in 2014 I continued my education with an advanced Yoga for Golfers training in Scottsdale, Arizona, alongside the famous Katherine Roberts.
Since then, I accompany golfers from all levels in their physical and mental preparation with golf fitness and mental performance programs.
Every player is unique, and I love helping you play better golf, stronger, injury free by creating a personalized program based on you TPI physical screening test.
